Medical Insurance – Employees can select PPO or HMO coverage from four different coverage levels.  All levels include prescription drug coverage.  Employees can “opt out” of medical coverage and receive payment in lieu of coverage.

Dental Insurance - Employees can participate in the Dental PPO Plan, which provides coverage for preventive dental care as well as dental repair. Child orthodontia is available through age 18.

Vision Insurance Employees have the benefit of co-pay for an eye exam only.  All other vision services are through a discount program with discounts varying depending on type of service.

Group Term Life Insurance 100% Company Paid.  Basic coverage is company paid for all fulltime employees at two times their annual salary. Employees may also purchase additional term life coverage on themselves, spouses and/or children.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance 100% Company Paid.  This company paid benefit is available to all fulltime employees as part of the Basic Life coverage.

Short-Term Disability Insurance 100% Company Paid.  Company provides Short-Term Disability insurance for short-term disabilities.  Benefit coverage is at 60% of employee’s base wages. 

Long-Term Disability Insurance 100% Company Paid.  Company provides Long Term Disability insurance for non work-related disabilities.  This benefit coverage can extend for up to two years.    

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) - Employees can set up a FSA using pre-tax dollars for Healthcare, up to the plan’s maximum of $5,000 per year.

401k Retirement Plan - The Company provides a retirement savings program through The STANDARD Insurance Company.  Eligible employees may receive a 50% match on each dollar they contribute, up to 6% of the employee’s base wages. Effective January 2008, the Company will go to a Safe Harbor Plan, with a two year vesting period.

Employee Assistance Program 100% Company Paid.  Free counseling and referral services for mental health, substance abuse, legal, financial and other life issues.  Benefit includes up to 6 counseling visits per problem area.  

Paid Time Off (PTO) – Includes time off for illness, vacation, or other personal reasons.  Employees earn PTO from the first day of work and are eligible to request it after 90 days employment.  Non-exempt employees are eligible to cash in excess PTO once a year following the buy-back guidelines of the PTO Policy.  PTO accruals range from 120 hours – 240 hours per year, depending upon length of service. 

Holidays - The Company gives 10 paid holidays per year, and one of those is a flexible holiday of the employee’s choice. 

Tuition Reimbursement Up to $1,200 per fiscal year for approved work-related courses.
